Return and Exchange Policy for curvecharm.com

We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If our products do not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Unwashed, unworn, and fault-free products (with all original tags attached) purchased from our online store can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Faulty products caused by us are also eligible for return or exchange within the same timeframe.

2. Return Process

If you are dissatisfied with your order or there is a discrepancy, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately via:

We will then provide you with further instructions, including the necessary return materials (if applicable).

For Refunds:

  1. Full Refund: Only applicable for items with issues caused by us.
  2. Partial Refund:
    • If the returned package lacks any accessories or parts that were shipped with the original order, the cost of those missing items will be deducted from the total refund amount.
    • If you request a refund for reasons such as “disliking the item” or need to change the size/color, the delivery cost will be deducted from the total product price.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Same Item, Different Size/Color: We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original order’s shipment date. Contact us with your order number, and our customer service team will assist you.
  2. Different Style: To exchange for a different style, you must first return the original item for a refund (following the Return Policy) and then place a new order for your preferred style.
  3. Condition of Returned Items: All items sent back for exchange must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned to you.
  4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges: You are responsible for the return postage of the item being exchanged, as well as the shipping and handling fees for sending the exchanged item back to you. We recommend adding tracking and insurance when sending items to us, as we are not liable for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Submission of Cardholder Materials (If Required for Refund/Cancellation)

If cardholder materials are needed for a refund or order cancellation, please submit them through one of the following methods:
